Sunscreen fabric structures
Weave: Utilize the staggered arrangement of different floating lengths of warp and weft yarns, so that the surface of the fabric has an appearance effect of uniform distribution, fine granular bumps and no obvious appearance, and can make the surface of the fabric wrinkle.
Honeycomb structure: It can make the fabric have a square, rhombus or other geometric shapes with high surroundings and low middle, with a honeycomb-like appearance, and a grid formed by long warp and weft floating lines.
Through-hole structure: It can produce evenly distributed small hole structure on the surface of the fabric. Because it is similar to the fabric of leno structure, it also has "false leno structure" or "molded yarn structure".
Convex weave: The surface of the fabric has convex stripes arranged in longitudinal, horizontal, diagonal or other shapes.
Complex weave: This type of weave is a weave formed by interweaving multiple groups of warp and weft yarns. There are heavy weave, double weave, pile weave, leno weave
Re-weave: Two or more sets of warp yarns are interlaced with one set of weft yarns, or two or more sets of weft yarns are interlaced with one set of warp yarns to form double or more overlapping weaves. Double-sided fabrics can be produced.
Double-layer weave: Two sets of warp yarns interweave with two sets of weft yarns to form two layers of overlapping upper and lower layers.
Fleece tissue: It is composed of a ground tissue for consolidating plush and another tissue that forms plush. During finishing, part of the warp or weft is cut off and erected to form plush on the surface of the fabric. .
Jacquard weave: The weave loop is large and the pattern is more complicated, so it can only be woven on a jacquard machine.

For the first class fabrics, we will control the defects less than 3 per roll and problem fabric will be solved within 1 year
after sold after we receiving full video and picture report.
03)If I only get small quantity needs for the first order, is it ok?
We can start cooperation in a very flexible way, for first trial order, you can buy only several rolls as long as the item is in
stock. If without stock, we have different MOQ per item per width.
